Bilingual Business Development Manager - Tier 1
As a member of our NBI team, you will be committed to building and leveraging relationships across North America – with a focus on Ontario and Quebec. As the ideal candidate, you have a strong background in business-to-business solutions-based sales and thrive on the opportunity to expand your assigned business portfolio in an active and exciting sector, throughout a consistently growing market.
This role can be remote for candidates living in the Eastern Time Zone. French language skills are required.
Bilingual Business Development Manager - Tier 2
As a member of our NBI team, you will be committed to building and leveraging relationships across North America. As the ideal candidate, you are driven to uncover business-to-business solutions-based sales opportunities in an active and exciting sector, throughout a consistently growing market.
As a Tier 2 BDM, your role will focus on two areas of responsibility
- Hunting for new business across both enterprise and SMB markets. Following up on warm leads and proactively engaging cold prospects.
- Qualification and successful hand-off of enterprise leads to your Tier 1 BDM colleagues.
- Develop and manage positive ongoing relationships with current/prospective SMB customers, and key partners.
- Leverage new and existing contacts to increase company sales.
- Manage sales cycles efficiently and present the value of our solutions to key decision makers.
- Provide exceptional product demonstrations for potential SMB clients.
- Forecast and track lead generation & sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com.
- Assist in development of sales strategy, with applicable team members to uncover potential business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned lead generation & sales targets and metrics.
- Work with internal team members to ensure the sale to delivery process is seamless.
- Travel as required.
This is a hybrid home/in-office role. French language skills are required.
Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist
As a Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist, you will provide onboarding training for our clients as well as technical support. You will help our customers by troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing instruction on software features as well as providing training and configuring reports in Excel.
This role can be remote within Canada for the right candidate but priority will be given to local applicants.

If an employee of the Kerr Group of Companies (Frontier Technologies and Northern BI) refers a candidate for employment who is subsequently hired on a permanent basis with the Company for a minimum of six months, that employee will receive a bonus of $250 (for a “non-qualified” candidate) or $500 (for an experienced candidate). This bonus is paid through payroll and is a taxable benefit. An experienced candidate is someone who has five or more years of directly related experience as determined by the Human Resources Department. Directly related experience is considered to be a relevant skill set as outlined by the position description.
